Referrals
Methodist Rehabilitation is a licensed, acute Dallas rehab hospital serving residents of the Dallas County and surrounding areas. We are therefore able to accept referrals from a number of sources, including physicians, social workers, case-managers, patient, family or friends. Majority of our referrals are generated through local hospitals, ER’s, long term acute care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home health agencies and physician offices.
Once a referral is received we provide a free clinical assessment to determine an appropriate treatment course for inpatient or outpatient services.
