Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehab and outpatient physical rehab to Texas residents in Dallas and its surrounding areas. Our physical rehabilitation services focus on treating patients who have become weakened or disabled due to acute illness, injury or other diseases. Our teams of licensed and certified physical therapy providers help patients resume the activities of daily life through improved ambulation, mobility, balance transfers, range of motion and pain management.

Methodist Rehabilitation maintains a comprehensive and compassionate approach to physical rehab care in a supportive and nurturing environment. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment to serve our patients who are facing stroke rehab, amputee rehab, brain injury rehab, orthopedic physical therapy, and neurological rehab. Rehab schedules are determined by each patient’s specific needs, and generally consist of three therapy sessions a day with rest periods and meals in between. The rehabilitation teams meet regularly to evaluate each patient’s progress and involve the patient’s family or caregiver in setting goals and making decisions about future care.
